Premium System AB and Square Moon Industries AB in company merger

On November 1st 2021, Square Moon Industries AB and Premium System AB united in a company merger. The new company name will be Square Moon AB (556549-3292).

The companies have been a part of the Swedish market for over 20 years and are well known actors in the field of digital app development, using the Claris FileMaker platform. As a result of the merger, Square Moon AB will be the largest Scandinavian actor for the Claris FileMaker platform.
